The newly enacted business tax-credit education scholarship program is under attack. There is a bill that has been submitted in the NH House, HB 370, that would repeal our entire scholarship program!

Families need options and the education tax credit scholarships level the playing field for needy families in our communities. Thus far, 250 children have applied.

The hearing for HB 370 will be held Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 12:30pm in Representative Hall in the State House, 107 North Main St, Concord, New Hampshire

Please join us to send a clear message to our state legislators to VOTE NO ON REPEAL!

Please sign in *against* this bill and indicate if you wish to give testimony. If so, please bring at least 25 copies of your remarks for the committee.

If you can't attend, please send the committee a brief email that explains why they should keep the scholarship program in place. Send a personal story of what educational options and a scholarship may mean to your family. The committee's email is HouseWaysAndMeansCommittee@leg.state.nh.us or send a message to each member, find the list of members here

Please help us keep our promise to the more than 100 low-income families who have already applied for the education tax credit scholarships.

If one of your Reps is serving on this committee, be sure to tell him/her that you are a constituent!
